- HVAC equipmentOrdered furnace, ac coil, and condenser to match. Upon arrival all three items we're damaged, I refused shipment and took pictures. I contacted HVAC direct immediately and informed them of the situation. They sent out new equipment without any delay and the new shipment arrived quicker than the first. Second time around all HVAC equipment is in great condition. I have not finished installing yet, but I am impressed with the speed in which HVAC direct solved my shipping damage. I will be ordering more in the future because of their willingness to make a bad situation good!

- a2l boardthis A2L3SA board seems to work good. However it was a little more difficult to install then the OEM boards. In the instructions it would be more helpful if things were written out and not abbreviated.

- Fine I guess.The unit cools our house well most of the time. Occasionally it shuts off on sweltering hot days. And sometimes the compressor hard starts several times before kicking on.
