New, never used. The unit is dented on the 3 corners and the outer guard. The unit has bent coil fins and is missing the Goodman plate. Product is sold as-is, please refer to pictures.

The GSXN3N4810 condenser is a 4 ton AC only unit. In an ideal climate situation, the GSXN3N4810 can usually cover a medium-sized house. For this unit to function, an indoor air handler or coil is required, and this unit is cooling only with no heating capacity on its own.

The Goodman GSXN3N4810 AC condenser is designed to be 13.4 SEER2. This is the lowest efficiency on the market today, making it an inexpensive option for northern states. Please note that this product is regulated by DOE Efficiency Standards.
Due to new efficiency requirements, this unit cannot be installed in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
Warranty

I contacted HVAC direct immediately and informed them of the situation. They sent out new equipment without any delay and the new shipment arrived quicker than the first. Second time around all HVAC equipment is in great condition. I have not finished installing yet, but I am impressed with the speed in which HVAC direct solved my shipping damage. - Fine I guess.The unit cools our house well most of the time. Occasionally it shuts off on sweltering hot days. And sometimes the compressor hard starts several times before kicking on.

- Good american made.Being from Houston were they make them the quality is very good the dependable is very good overall I've had good luck over a 30 year investment in goodman products. Some give them a bad wrap but I would put them up against the big names any day.
