Customer Questions
Does AirQuest recommend a TXV valve or kit to work with this coil?
For this coil, a TXV valve/kit is not required. In fact, it's also not recommended. The orifice that comes with the outdoor condenser unit will work perfectly fine with this coil. If you have any further questions, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
Does this 4 ton coil come with a piston for R-410a?
A piston does not come with this coil; it uses the piston from your condenser. If your condenser already uses R-410a refrigerant, all you will need to do is attach the piston from the condenser to the coil. If you have any further questions, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
