- Quality is great but too bigIt was way too big and the copper tubing was damaged to the point of no use. Since I recently brought in an hvac guy, he is saying the Quality is great, just the wrong size and difficult to connect. All that aside, I am making it work, regarding HVAC Direct, I think your site is excellent.
