The Goodman GMVM971205DN furnace is a high-efficient gas furnace that features a modulating gas valve and a variable-speed circulating blower provides efficient and economical performance. Unlike single stage gas furnaces that operate either all on or all off, a Goodman modulating gas furnace typically runs at the lowest possible speed to precisely maintain a constant, steady temperature in your house. This furnace is designed to be installed in either an upflow or horizontal configuration. Not intended for mobile homes.

Goodman AC - The GSX160601 Goodman 16 SEER Central Air Conditioner uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R-410A and features energy efficiencies and operating sound levels that are among the best in the heating and air conditioning industry. R-410A is chlorine-free to help prevent damage to the ozone layer. The GSX160601 features a high-efficiency Copeland scroll compressor and is designed for the consumer who desires superior comfort, quiet operation, and environmentally friendly air conditioning performance.
In order to achieve the 16 SEER efficiency this central air conditioner must be installed with the manufacturer recommended evaporator coil, furnace, variable speed air handler, or variable speed modular blower and thermostatic expansion valve (TXV). A 16 SEER system will reduce your electric bill approximately 7% - 8% more than a 15 SEER system.

- Great AC UnitBought this AC single stage condenser and connected to a GCVC961005CN variable speed furnace and both are working great. Had to download the Goodman CoolCloudHAC App to configure the furnace so it knew it was talking to a single stage AC, otherwise it thought it was talking to a multistage AC which it wasn't so the AC would never go on full.

- Great ServiceAfter twenty years, my old Trane condenser bite the duct. Also my evaporator coil was a leaky mess. I had to replace both of them. After surfing the internet I found HVACDIRECT.com, I was able to place my order with the help from Mr. Brock. The condenser and the coil was delivered to my residence on time and In good shape . The first Evaporator coil housing was damaged by the shipper and HVAC Direct sent me a new on immediately. It's been cold out since it had my system installed so I cannot comment on how it works yet.
