Multiple buyers report fast shipping—often within 7 days—and significant cost savings, including one purchaser paying $1,000 less than local suppliers and saving $150 per month on electricity, while another with a 3 ton 18 SEER inverter heat pump in Iowa has already saved hundreds on heating in negative temperatures. Users highlight quiet operation (one 3 ton unit described as 10 times quieter and using half the electricity of a previous 2 ton system), effective two-stage performance, mostly smooth DIY installations in as little as 3 hours, and responsive tech support resolving issues such as startup problems, a bad controller thermostat, minor shipping dents, and a missing 3/8” line set pipe.
