Learning System - The ACiQ-48-HP32 / ACiQ-48-AH32 system features advanced sensors that monitor indoor and outdoor air temperature, system performance, duct pressure, and refrigerant temperature. During initial startup, it enters a learning mode, maintaining airflow across the sensors and storing critical data to optimize future startups and run cycles for maximum efficiency.

Size for Heat - Thanks to its self-adjusting inverter design, the ACiQ-48-HP32 / ACiQ-48-AH32 can be sized based on heat demand. Unlike traditional heat pumps that can cause excessive humidity in summer when sized for heating, this system intelligently adjusts to function like a smaller unit, delivering optimal cooling and dehumidification.

QUICK FACTS

  • 34,000 BTU to 52,000 BTU variable output based on demand
  • Inverter heat pump system designed for ducted applications
  • Reliable cooling performance from 5°F to 129°F outdoor temperatures
  • Efficient heating operation from -22°F to 75°F outdoor temperatures
  • Gold Fin condenser coil coating for enhanced durability
  • Quiet operation even during demanding workloads

Performance

With a 19 SEER2 efficiency rating, the variable output ACiQ-48-HP32 / ACiQ-48-AH32 system ensures consistent comfort across a range of conditions. Use our size calculator to determine the appropriate capacity for your home. This system delivers flexible cooling performance, operating anywhere between 34,000 BTU and 54,000 BTU without short cycling.

Customer Questions
On the air handler - will an auxiliary heat kit be needed?
We recommend getting a heat kit installed if you live in an area where temperatures are frequently below zero during winter months. While the heat pump condenser can continue to operate at these temperatures, having a heat kit installed as a backup in case the temperatures go even lower would be a very safe choice. If you have any further questions, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
a 10kw heating element says it needs a 60amp breaker to operate- is this a sperate circuit from the airhandler
Yes, the 10kW heating element needs a separate 60-amp breaker and circuit from the air handler for safety and proper load distribution. Always follow manufacturer specs and local codes.
