The ACiQ Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) is backed by a manufacturer’s limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and light commercial use, when installed and operated in accordance with the product documentation.
Registered Warranty Coverage: 8-year limited warranty when the product is properly registered within the manufacturer’s specified timeframe.
Unregistered Warranty Coverage: 5-year limited warranty if the product is not registered.
This warranty does not cover routine maintenance items such as filters, parts, nor does it apply to damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or lack of required maintenance. Where & How Is It Installed?
The ACiQ AERV150EC is installed as part of your home’s HVAC system. It connects to your indoor ductwork along with dedicated outdoor intake and exhaust ducts. Fresh outdoor air is brought in, stale indoor air is removed, and your furnace or air handler helps distribute fresh, filtered air throughout the home.
This unit is designed for flexible installation and comes with a standard plug-in power cord for quick setup. If preferred, the power cord can be removed, allowing the unit to be hardwired internally by a qualified installer.
Professional installation is recommended to ensure the system is properly connected, balanced, and adjusted for your home’s ventilation needs.
How to Operate
The ACiQ ERV can be operated using three wall control options: Manual Control, Timer Wall Control, and Display Control. The Manual Control is included with the unit, while the Timer Wall Control and Display Control are optional accessories sold separately.
Manual Control
The manual control provides simple operation for basic ventilation control. It allows users to manually select the operating mode and fan speed without a digital display.
Display Control
The display control provides a digital interface for operating the ERV. It allows you to turn the unit on or off, select the operating mode, adjust ventilation speed, and set operating schedules.
Timer Wall Control
The timer wall control temporarily activates high-speed ventilation for a preset period before automatically returning the ERV to its previous operating mode. It is ideal for boosting ventilation when needed.
