Arrived on time, easy to install. Working great! I did have to contact customer service as there was a tear in the box. It was well packaged and not damage. Customer service was on top of it -- I now know if ai ever do need anything they will respond right away. Great all the way around. The pool is 88 Degrees!

Love this PHP-110 Heat/Cool Pump. Installed and all worked as expected in our ~13K gallon pool. Unit is very quiet and does a great job of heating my pool. A total Game Changer for enjoying our pool 7-8 months a year here in South Carolina. Only been a couple of weeks, but the unit seems well made and hoping for years of reliable service!
