Outstanding. I called to speak with someone to determine which unit I should get and the person that helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. The unit itself is functioning perfectly and is just the right size for the room. Shipping was fast and well packaged. I ended up needing to return a couple pieces I asked for but didn't need. Again, the person I spoke with was great, she helped me set it up get a refund. Also, good price on the unit. Overall, I am very very happy and know you will be too, great folks and great products.
