Is the SP22I available?
Yes, the Breckwell SP22I is available and will ship in about 6-8 Weeks. We also offer other pellet stoves and fireplaces and they can be found here. If you have any further questions, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
We have found an installer what is the lead time now?

Can I put the insert right in the wood burn chimney that I have with out other connection?
Please refer to the Owner's Manual before installing and contact local building or fire officials about restrictions and installation inspection requirements in your area. To ensure this unit is installed properly in your home. If you have any further questions, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
Does this need to be a certain distance from furniture?
In the manual provided in the resources section of the specifications, you can find all information regarding clearances on pages 6-10. In general, a 6"-1' clearance is the recommended minimum from ANY combustible material. Please follow all recommended guidelines listed in the manual. If you have any further questions, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
How much does it cost to be installed?
That is a great question. There are two ways you can find an installer. Firstly, we recommend sitting down for 30 to 40 minutes and call at least 10 contractors. Ask them, do you install customer supplied equipment? If they say yes, great! Ask for a quote. If they say no, call the next one on the list. It may take all 10 calls to find 1 to 3 contractors. Secondly, www.thumbtack.com is a great resource to find a contractor. A lot of our customers and employees have had great luck with finding a contractor through them. Helpful tip: Call smaller companies. The larger companies will not take labor only jobs. The equipment is warrantied through the manufacturer. If a contractor says the equipment will not have a warranty, that isn’t true. We are authorized dealers and everything we sell has a manufacturer’s warranty as long as it is installed by a contractor/dealer adhering to your local code requirements. Does this come with an ash pan?
This unit does not contain an ash pan, however, on pages 20 & 21 in the installation manual provides instructions on how to properly remove ash from the the stove. "Empty ashes from the inner section and scrape with cleaning tool; make sure holes are not plugged. Vacuum to remove ashes from the burn chamber interior and the burnpot shell." A special cleaning tool is provided with the stove. Is the picture shown with the surround? And does it come with any flue pipe flex?
Yes, the image does show the trim as well. However, no venting comes with the insert unless selected from the accessory options. If you have any further questions please feel free to give us a call! Thanks.
How wide is the whole shroud around the stove?
The width of the shroud will depend on which one is selected. The medium surround is 39" wide and the large is just over 42". If you have any further questions please feel free to give us a call! Thanks.
Is there a standard surround that comes stock with stove?
Does a pellet stove also burn wood?

What is the total hearth depth?

How do I change the fan speeds?
