Description

The Fujitsu 12LZAH1 ductless mini split system is a stylish and slim wall mounted air handler that fits perfect in any home or space. The Aesthetic, minimalist design delivers powerful cooling abilities while at the same time blending in to any room or with any decor. Fujitsu's extra low temperature heating technology allows this condenser to safely maintain its rated capacity in outdoor temperatures as low as three degrees Fahrenheit and continue heating down to -15F.

Thank you for your question. The mini split system that you will need is dependent upon several different factors. The climate zone, number of windows, quality of insulation and number of rooms or zones in the home are all variables that must be considered. For more information regarding sizing your system, please reference our sizing guide. This 12,000 BTU Fujitsu mini split system will generally heat and cool a single room or space that is 450 to 550 sq. ft., depending on some of the previously mentioned factors. For heating and cooling a 3,000 sq. ft. home, a multi zone mini split system may be the best option. With a multi zone system multiple room or zones can be heated and cooled with a single outdoor condenser.
