Your staff, both on the sales side and the customer service side, were helpful & friendly.
I would say the only negative was that when I ordered, it said I would receive an email when it was shipped or being shipped.
I did not receive that email. I followed up after about a week to see what was happening. Your customer service rep said that she'd check on it. Then before she could get back to me, I was being notified that I needed to call the company to set up delivery either that day or the next. In the end, it worked out fine. It's installed and cooling our house wonderfully.Posted on
