The Fujitsu 9RL2 ductless mini split system is a stylish and slim wall mounted air handler that fits perfect in any home or space. The Aesthetic, minimalist design delivers powerful cooling abilities while at the same time blending in to any room or with any decor.

Since Fujitsu ductless mini split systems have little to no ducting, they forego those energy losses typically associated central forced-air systems. Duct losses can easily account for more than 30% of energy consumption, especially if the ducts are not sealed tight or in an unconditioned space such as an attic or crawlspace. By getting a ductless mini split system you're not only getting a typically higher SEER rating, but you're also saving in energy loss.

Are theses pre-charged lines?

Thank you for your question. Line sets can be purchased separately as an accessory for this product. This particular system, however, is not compatible with pre-charged line sets. For more assistance, please give us a call.

Is the unit pre-charged?

Thank you for your question. Yes, the condenser in this system does come factory charged with R410A refrigerant. It has a pre-charge length of 49'. However, your licensed installer will be able to adjust the refrigerant levels if that is needed. More details about the line set requirements for this unit can be found in the system's submittal. This submittal can be found under the product specifications of the product's page. For further assistance, please give us a call.

What size room is this good for?

There are many factors that can play into properly sizing a unit to your space such as geographical location, insulation quality, etc... However, a general estimate for this 9,000 BTU unit would be around ~250 square feet of coverage. If you have any further questions please feel free to give us a call! Thank you.

My room is 400 square feet what size mini split do I need?

Typically for a 400 square foot room we would recommend a 9,000 BTU unit, however if you live in area that it is a hotter or colder climate than average we would suggest upsizing to a 12,000 BT unit. If you have any further questions please feel free to give us a call! Thanks.

Does this shut down when very cold (-10F), or just get less efficient?

Great question. Per the Submittal Form, pg. 1, Outdoor Temperature Operation Range for Cooling is 15-115 F (-10-46 C). For Heating it is 15-75 F (-10-24 C).
