The Goodman GMEC960603BN furnace features a two stage gas valve and multi-speed blower motor that can be installed in either upflow or horizontal configurations. This furnace also features a X13 blower motor that saves electricity during the heating and cooling months. This direct current motor uses less electricity than the standard multi-speed furnace blower. This furnace also includes a patented aluminized-steel tubular heat exchanger and durable Silicon Nitride Hot Surface Ignition system. These furnaces are run-tested for heating or combination heating and cooling applications. With a heavy-gauge, reinforced, insulated steel cabinet and durable baked enamel finish, this unit can be installed in a variety of locations.
The Goodman DSZC160241 16 SEER Heat Pump uses the chlorine-free refrigerant R-410A and features energy efficiencies and operating sound levels that are among the best in the heating and cooling industry. The DSZC160241 contains the two stage, high efficiency Copeland® UltraTech scroll compressor, which provides improved temperature and humidity control. This unit is designed for the consumer who desires superb comfort and quiet operation.

Had a couple of issues with it In 5 years the blower fan had a loose connector and making unit to shut off randomly and recall a bit worried but it’s like with every other manufacturer. The best part is they took care of the issues and works flawlessly. Will buy another if I have to ! A+

- Great valueI got a Goodman 96% 2 stage 60k BTU my furnace is so quiet and the best thing of all my Energy bill went down. I had a 25yr old furnace and was making so much noise we did know if it would turn back on after running & the heat coming out of the air ducts was so loud we had to turn up the TV. Thank you Goodman thank you for making a great product.
