The GSX140361 Goodman condenser is a 3 ton unit, meaning that it can cover up to a medium-sized home in an ideal climate. In some unit bundles, the required AC coil may be larger than this condenser in tonnage. This is intentional, as it maintains the unit's efficiency.
The GSX140361 AC-only conditioner can be up to 14 SEER in efficiency when paired with the proper equipment. As the standard efficiency on the market for all states, this unit is average in efficiency. Every SEER point is 5-7% more efficient than the one lower than it, saving you money the higher the SEER rating of the unit. Please note that this product is regulated by DOE Efficiency Standards.
Due to new efficiency requirements, this unit cannot be installed in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
The GSX140361 condenser comes with Goodman's standard 10 year parts warranty with online registration through the manufacturer. An installation that follows your state and local codes is required for the warranty to be upheld.
The GSX140361 Goodman AC condenser cabinet has a baked-on painted finish and is made of a galvanized-steel, making it approved for up to 500 hours of salt-spray and compliant with the 2010 Florida building code integrity requirements for hurricane-type winds when properly anchored. Moreover, the unit is equipped from the factory with a filter dryer that lowers general wear-and-tear on the unit. The GSX140361 provides peace of mind thanks to its durability and reliability enhancements.
The Goodman GSX140361 AC condenser comes standard with service valves that have sweat connections and easy-access gauge ports, both providing a lower installation difficulty and time to lower installation costs. The outer casing has both a top and a side access to allow for easier maintenance and warranty access when necessary.

Line sets are the copper lines which connect an outdoor condensing unit/heat pump to an inside air handler or evaporator coil. Line sets are available in different lengths and diameters to fit most applications.
Designed for use in primarily low-airflow resistance installations, the Goodman CSCF4860N6 slab coil has a low profile, allowing it to fit in tight spaces while maintaining an inexpensive cost.
At an output of 4 to 5 tons, the Goodman CSCF4860N6 evaporator coil is ready for almost any horizontal application that matches your output needs. In entire system configurations, the coil will be either larger or the same size as the condenser’s tonnage. As such, the tonnages of the coil and the condenser may be different in order to maintain the unit’s efficiency. Please note that for this coil to function, a furnace or blower and a condenser is required, all sold separately. This coil is not designed to replace the coil in a single-piece air handler.
Goodman offers a 10 year parts warranty on the CSCF4860N6 when it is installed following your state and local codes, when a compatible R410A condenser is used, and when the entire system is registered online through the manufacturer.
With its small form factor, the Goodman CSCF4860N6 horizontal slab evaporator coil is designed for tight installation spaces. The copper sweat connections allow for faster installation, saving you money. There is a factory-implemented rust-resistant, high-temperature thermoplastic drain pan with multiple drain connections, making it reliable even with a high amount of water coming off the unit due to humidity. The copper tube and aluminum fin coil is designed to be durable for constant use, giving you the peace of mind that your unit will run when you need it most.
