Hartzell 40" 02SH Series Standard Flow Panel Fan, Direct Drive, 22,625 CFM, 1160 RPM, 230/460V

The Series 02SH Direct Drive Panel Fan is manufactured by Hartzell Air Movement and is completely assembled and ready to install upon arrival. The panel fan propeller is an airfoil design, cast of 319 aluminum alloy in compliance with Federal Specification QQ-A-601E and ASTM B26 and are retained on the motor shaft utilizing a split taper bushing or clamp block arrangement.

Solid rolled rod motor mounts provide support for the motor while a steel motor base and solid steel support rods are oversized to provide structurally rugged construction. A heavy gauge steel panel provides maximum mounting flexibility. Motors are a totally enclosed air over type. All fractional motors are permanently lubricated, non-regreasable. Integral horsepower motors are supplied with regreasable bearings. Fans are designed for mounting in any position from horizontal to vertical.

The propeller is mounted in a high efficiency air seal fan orifice with the smaller diameter of the ring overlapping the propeller tips. Standard surface coating system is phosphatized surface preparation with an industrial grade air dry enamel paint.

The fan assembly is dynamically balanced at the Hartzell factory prior to shipping and the fans are balanced in accordance with AMCA Standard 204, fan application category BV-3 (comparable to Grade G6.3). Fans are manufactured in accordance with Hartzell's standard quality assurance procedures. Fan performance is based on tests conducted in Hartzell's AMCA accredited laboratory in accordance with the latest revision of AMCA Standard 210 for air performance and AMCA Standard 300 for sound performance. Fans are licensed to bear the AMCA Certified Air Performance Rating Seal.
