Warranty Period

The warranty period begins fifteen (15) days after shipment of the product or on the date of installation, not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date the customer receives the product, whichever is later. Customers must retain documentation verifying both the receipt and installation dates, as this will be required to obtain warranty service from MacroAir.

What comes with my AirVolution fan order? What’s included?

When you purchase an AirVolution fan, you’ll receive everything you need for installation, the motor unit ( chosen gearmotor horsepower and size), a six-blade set, universal I-beam mount with hardware, full installation kit, VFD, digital wall controller, safety components and a detailed installation and operation manual to guide you through setup.

I need my fan to run as quietly as possible. What size or setup should I choose?

For the quietest operation, we recommend choosing a larger diameter fan so it can run at a lower speed while still moving plenty of air. Proper installation is also key, making sure the hardware is tight and the structure is strong. Keeping the blades clean, avoiding obstructions, and using the right speed settings will all help minimize noise. The fan’s gears are sealed and built for smooth operation, so with the right setup, it should run very quietly for its size.

Will the fan needs a lot of maintenance?

Maintenance is very simple! Just keep the blades clean to maintain good airflow, check that bolts, mounts, and safety cables stay secure, and occasionally look over the VFD and controller. The gearbox and motor are sealed for reliability, but we still recommend a quick inspection now and then to ensure everything is running smoothly.
