In a day, the Manitowoc Ice UDP0310A NEO® ice maker produces as much as 286 pounds of dice ice, depending on the ambient air temperature and incoming water temperature. The lower these levels are, the more ice the unit will produce. Ideal for cocktails and beverages, the dice ice cubes are 7⁄8 inches by 7⁄8 inches by 7⁄8 inches, melt slowly, and can be stored in the 100-pound capacity, insulated bin. Ice is accessible through the slide-up door, and the operator can delay ice production during slow periods.
