I was looking and researching for a long time, and finally got fed up and just took a chance on this one for the ease of installation, not knowing what the quality would be like. Well.. I can tell you this thing is well built. I disassembled it to inspect the quality of components and engineering, and I was pleasantly surprised on the construction and design. The mounting mechanism makes it very easy to mount on the wall. Includes a template for ease drilling and marking location. Designed to simple place on top of the mount, and just rotates down to lock in place, very easy design. Lineset is very well wrapped and packaged for protection. No tape wrapping or anything needed. Lines are very flexible compared to other linesets. Includes all possible accessories and extras to make a nice install (sealing putty, wall sleeves, drainage hose, rubber mounts, screws, etc). Very efficient unit, more efficient than my brand new house's main unit.
The installation was very straight forward and simple. Does not take any expertise, but being handy will definitely help. Follow the instructions and study them first. A helping hand is nice for some parts (hanging the indoor unit, moving the outside compressor around, feeding lines through). There are a lot of YouTube videos coming out now about this that are very helpful.
The one thing you may need professionally done is POWER. If you get the 18k or higher rated version, you need 240V power ran to the compressor. I did this myself to NEC 2017 code, but I am an electrical engineer so I know what I am doing. If you are at all uncomfortable with this, please pay someone to do it.
Anyways, long review here but I am very pleased with this product. Even the paint job on the outside compressor is top notch, not the stereotypical china junk.

Quality product. The shipping container it arrived in was very stout which equals no damage. The installation instructions were easy to interpret. The unit has been installed for about 2 weeks now. Couldn’t ask for more. Very quiet operation and keeps the building very cool.
