First off, the price for the DIY kit was within our budget the instructions were easy to understand and strait forward. In the area I am in the install alone would have easily been over a thousand dollars so not only did it save money but time as well being able to have the units shipped to my house directly. I should not this was a replacement for another competitors unit that we had for about 3 to 3 ½ years. Once everything was installed and wired up the unit worked as described allowing us to start using 2 rooms in our house again.

I had a great experience with ordering and followup from your company. Davis was great at helping me decide the best system for my needs and everything came as expected. It was the first time we'd done something like this but once we got into it, it was very easy to install. There were a couple things we didn't find out until later. Like on the template for the air handlers, the whole for the tubing is about a 1/4" too low and we can see a little bit of the whole underneath. Unfortunately we did not discover this until doing the 3 and last one. Once we knew we just move the hole up a little bit. The second was something we didn't even think about until we tried to heat one room and cool another. That all 3 have to be on the same mode or they will shut off. It makes sense when we think about it, but was not something we thought about. We did have some parts that we did not end up using as we found better ways, that I just sent off an email so we can return and get refunded for the unused products and am waiting for a response. I would recommend your company and products to others, thank you. Sure beats paying someone else 14k to install. We even did the electrical ourselves saving another 2k that we were quoted.
