Warranty Information
Motor WarrantyAll motors are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of shipment, provided by the motor manufacturer. If service is required during the warranty period, the motor must be taken to the nearest authorized motor service station. Failure to use an authorized service station may void the motor warranty. If you are unsure of an authorized service location, contact the factory for assistance. Installation, removal, re-installation costs, and any consequential damages are not covered.
Blower Housing Assembly WarrantyThe blower housing assembly is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original shipment. Defective units or parts reported within this period may be replaced at the manufacturer’s option when returned to the factory with transportation prepaid by the sender.
ExclusionsThe following items are not covered by this warranty:
- Normal wear from heat, abrasion, or chemical exposure
- Damage from improper installation, incorrect electrical connections, or unauthorized alterations
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or abnormal operating conditions
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Transportation costs to and from the factory for warranty repairs
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts as described above. The manufacturer is not responsible for installation, removal, or re-installation costs, nor for any consequential damages resulting from product failure or improper operation.

The R-20 XP blower is designed for demanding rooftop and outdoor environments exposed to chemical vapors, salt spray, and corrosive gases. Its entire airflow path, including the housing, impeller, and internal surfaces, is made from thick-wall polypropylene for exceptional resistance to acids, salts, solvents, and moisture. As the explosion-proof (XP) model, the polypropylene is carbon-impregnated to safely dissipate static charges in classified areas. The material is also stabilized with Hindered-Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS) to resist UV degradation and maintain long-term durability in sun-exposed installations. The R-20 XP blower is shipped fully assembled for quick roof curb installation with horizontal discharge. It includes a protective exhaust guard, a pre-wired disconnect switch, and lightweight polypropylene construction that simplifies rooftop handling while maintaining strength and reliability.
As a direct-drive unit, there are no belts or pulleys to adjust or replace, which significantly reduces maintenance needs and improves long-term reliability.
