The R 25 XP Roof Mounted Blower is engineered for superior performance in the most demanding and corrosive environments. Designed specifically for fume exhaust in locations such as coastal areas, chemical processing plants, and natatoriums, this unit offers unmatched durability and reliability. Constructed entirely from heavy-duty polypropylene, the blower is fortified with Hindered-Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS) to provide excellent resistance against UV degradation and harsh chemicals. With its forward curve, direct drive design, the R 25 XP delivers powerful airflow while maintaining a compact and lightweight form factor. Its plug-and-play setup includes a pre-wired disconnect switch and a protective exhaust guard, all factory pre-assembled for quick and easy installation. The blower mounts directly onto a standard 21" x 21" roof curb or can be installed on a sidewall, offering maximum flexibility to meet various site requirements.

Warranty Information
Motor WarrantyAll motors are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of shipment, provided by the motor manufacturer. If service is required during the warranty period, the motor must be taken to the nearest authorized motor service station. Failure to use an authorized service station may void the motor warranty. If you are unsure of an authorized service location, contact the factory for assistance. Installation, removal, re-installation costs, and any consequential damages are not covered.
Blower Housing Assembly WarrantyThe blower housing assembly is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original shipment. Defective units or parts reported within this period may be replaced at the manufacturer’s option when returned to the factory with transportation prepaid by the sender.
ExclusionsThe following items are not covered by this warranty:
- Normal wear from heat, abrasion, or chemical exposure
- Damage from improper installation, incorrect electrical connections, or unauthorized alterations
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or abnormal operating conditions
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Transportation costs to and from the factory for warranty repairs
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts as described above. The manufacturer is not responsible for installation, removal, or re-installation costs, nor for any consequential damages resulting from product failure or improper operation.

Its entire airstream path, including the housing, impeller, and internal surfaces, is made from thick, corrosion-resistant polypropylene that provides outstanding durability against acids, solvents, and other aggressive substances. For explosion-safe environments, the “XP” version uses carbon-impregnated polypropylene (CIP), giving the blower anti-static properties while maintaining strong chemical resistance. The material is also enhanced with Hindered-Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS) to protect against UV damage and extend service life under sunlight exposure. The R-25 XP features a direct-drive configuration, eliminating belts, pulleys, and other mechanical wear components, which helps reduce maintenance and ensures dependable operation in continuous-use settings.
