OVERVIEW
The R 30 Roof Mounted Blower is a high-performance ventilation solution engineered for the most demanding and corrosive environments. Built entirely from durable polypropylene, the R 30 features thick-walled construction for maximum resistance against acids and corrosion. It is also enhanced with Hindered-Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS) for superior UV resistance, ensuring long-term reliability even in harsh outdoor conditions.

Warranty Information
Motor WarrantyAll motors are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of shipment, provided by the motor manufacturer. If service is required during the warranty period, the motor must be taken to the nearest authorized motor service station. Failure to use an authorized service station may void the motor warranty. If you are unsure of an authorized service location, contact the factory for assistance. Installation, removal, re-installation costs, and any consequential damages are not covered.
Blower Housing Assembly WarrantyThe blower housing assembly is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original shipment. Defective units or parts reported within this period may be replaced at the manufacturer’s option when returned to the factory with transportation prepaid by the sender.
ExclusionsThe following items are not covered by this warranty:
- Normal wear from heat, abrasion, or chemical exposure
- Damage from improper installation, incorrect electrical connections, or unauthorized alterations
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or abnormal operating conditions
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Transportation costs to and from the factory for warranty repairs
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts as described above. The manufacturer is not responsible for installation, removal, or re-installation costs, nor for any consequential damages resulting from product failure or improper operation.

The R-30 blower is purpose-built for rooftop exhaust applications in harsh or corrosive outdoor environments. Its entire airstream path, including the housing, impeller, and all airflow-exposed surfaces, is made from thick-wall polypropylene designed to resist acids, salts, solvents, moisture, and general chemical attack. To enhance weatherability, the polypropylene is blended with Hindered-Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS), which prevent UV damage and help maintain long-term structural integrity even in constant sunlight. This blower is configured for horizontal discharge and is easily installed on a standard 21" × 21" roof curb, making it a convenient solution for building exhaust systems. Thanks to its all-polypropylene construction, the R-30 is much lighter than traditional metal fans, allowing easier rooftop handling while maintaining exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. Its direct-drive design eliminates belts, pulleys, and other high-maintenance components, reducing upkeep and ensuring reliable, long-lasting operation even in demanding environments.
