OVERVIEW
The R 30 XP Roof Mounted Blower is engineered for high-performance fume exhaust in the most corrosive and demanding environments. Whether installed in coastal facilities, chemical plants, or natatoriums, this blower ensures reliable and long-lasting ventilation. Constructed from premium-grade, thick-walled polypropylene and enhanced with Hindered-Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS), it offers superior resistance to acids, chemicals, and UV exposure, making it an ideal choice for harsh outdoor conditions. This unit’s forward curve, direct drive design delivers efficient airflow in a lightweight and compact form. The R 30 XP is pre-assembled at the factory for plug-and-play installation and includes a pre-wired disconnect switch and protective exhaust guard to reduce labor time and ensure safe operation. Designed to fit standard 21" x 21" roof curbs, it also allows optional sidewall mounting to meet unique site requirements.

Warranty Information
Motor WarrantyAll motors are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of shipment, provided by the motor manufacturer. If service is required during the warranty period, the motor must be taken to the nearest authorized motor service station. Failure to use an authorized service station may void the motor warranty. If you are unsure of an authorized service location, contact the factory for assistance. Installation, removal, re-installation costs, and any consequential damages are not covered.
Blower Housing Assembly WarrantyThe blower housing assembly is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original shipment. Defective units or parts reported within this period may be replaced at the manufacturer’s option when returned to the factory with transportation prepaid by the sender.
ExclusionsThe following items are not covered by this warranty:
- Normal wear from heat, abrasion, or chemical exposure
- Damage from improper installation, incorrect electrical connections, or unauthorized alterations
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or abnormal operating conditions
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Transportation costs to and from the factory for warranty repairs
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts as described above. The manufacturer is not responsible for installation, removal, or re-installation costs, nor for any consequential damages resulting from product failure or improper operation.

This material is chosen for its superior resistance to acids, chemical vapors, salt spray, and moisture. The XP version is specially formulated to safely dissipate static electricity and minimize the risk of sparks by embedding conductive carbon into the polypropylene, making it ideal for hazardous or classified areas. Its motor is completely isolated from the airstream, preventing corrosive gases from reaching electrical components and extending operational life. As a direct-drive blower, it eliminates belts, pulleys, and other moving parts that typically require maintenance, reducing wear and simplifying service needs. The R 30 XP is factory pre-assembled with essential protective features such as a weather hood, molded guards, and an integrated disconnect switch for easier installation.
