The Plastec Storm 14 Series Forward Curve Blower is engineered for exhausting fumes in highly corrosive environments. Available in four sizes with inlet and outlet options from 3" to 6", it delivers reliable performance in applications that demand low airflow at higher static pressure. Ideal for use in scrubber systems, acid tank ventilation, hood exhaust, commercial washers, wastewater treatment, chemical cabinets, and similar corrosive air handling needs.

Warranty Information
Motor WarrantyAll motors are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of shipment, provided by the motor manufacturer. If service is required during the warranty period, the motor must be taken to the nearest authorized motor service station. Failure to use an authorized service station may void the motor warranty. If you are unsure of an authorized service location, contact the factory for assistance. Installation, removal, re-installation costs, and any consequential damages are not covered.
Blower Housing Assembly WarrantyThe blower housing assembly is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original shipment. Defective units or parts reported within this period may be replaced at the manufacturer’s option when returned to the factory with transportation prepaid by the sender.
ExclusionsThe following items are not covered by this warranty:
- Normal wear from heat, abrasion, or chemical exposure
- Damage from improper installation, incorrect electrical connections, or unauthorized alterations
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or abnormal operating conditions
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Transportation costs to and from the factory for warranty repairs
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts as described above. The manufacturer is not responsible for installation, removal, or re-installation costs, nor for any consequential damages resulting from product failure or improper operation.

The Plastec Storm 14 Blower - XP is built for corrosive and demanding environments, using all-polypropylene construction for its housing, impeller, and airflow paths. This means there is no metal in the air stream, giving exceptional resistance to acids, salts, solvents, and other corrosive agents. To withstand UV exposure when installed outdoors or in exposed areas, the polypropylene is stabilized with HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers), which improve long-term UV resistance and durability. It utilizes a direct-drive forward-curved impeller, optimized to deliver higher static pressure, enabling it to push air through ductwork, scrubbers, or systems with resistance.
The Storm 14 Blower - XP offers a durable, corrosion-resistant solution for settings where metallic blowers would degrade or fail, while providing the static pressure performance needed for demanding ventilation systems.
