    The Reznor EGW-5 electric unit heater requires a maximum breaker size of 30 Amps to run. If you have any further questions, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
    Is the 5kw sufficient to heat a 20 x 20 insulated garage?
    The Reznor EGW-5 Electric Unit Heater 5 kW unit will be too much heating for your required space. The Reznor EGW-3 will be a better option as it will have the recommended BTU for your garage. If you have any further questions we recommend that you give us a call. Thanks!
    How will this do in 800 sq ft garage sprayed with foam insulation?
    In a 800 square foot space a 40,000 BTU heater is recommended. This heater will work in a well insulated garage like yours but we would recommend a larger heater to heat the whole space efficiently.
