Equipped with a variable-speed, 1 3.5 HP motor, this direct drive fan can achieve speeds of up to 60 RPM, covering an impressive area of up to 15,386 sq. ft. It operates quietly and is enclosed for safe use. The fan includes a controller for easy operation, offering 10 speed settings and forward/reverse options.
Constructed to be highly durable, the fan features a sturdy chassis made of 1/4" powder-coated steel and anodized aluminum, ensuring resistance to rust and corrosion. This makes it suitable for cold and damp environments. Stainless steel safety brackets securely hold the fan in place, while the straightforward installation process involves mounting it to the ceiling using the provided hardware. The fan requires a 200-240V, 1-phase electrical connection for operation.

Safety Features
- Secure Structural Mounting – Install the fan on a suitable building structure capable of supporting the fan and in accordance with manufacturer requirements and applicable codes.
- Safety Cable Protection – Install the required safety cable to provide redundant support and help secure the fan to the mounting structure.
- Guy Wire Support – Install all four guy wires as instructed, with proper positioning and tension, and keep them clear of the blade rotation path.
- Proper Installation Clearance – Maintain the required clearance around the fan and keep the blade path free of obstructions.
- Electrical Safety – Have electrical connections completed by qualified personnel according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable codes, including proper motor grounding.
- Power-Off Service – Disconnect and lock out power before installing, servicing, or cleaning the fan.
- Restricted Access – The fan has an unguarded impeller and must not be installed where it is readily accessible to people or animals.
Warranty Information
SkyBlade provides a 5-year limited warranty on the Shop Prop Series motor, a 1-year limited warranty on electronics, and a lifetime limited warranty on blades and hub against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
Warranty coverage requires the fan to be installed, operated, and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or operation contrary to the provided instructions.
