With a system output of 4 tons, this condenser can support heating and cooling in medium to large house in ideal applications. With a basic efficiency rating of 14 SEER2, this condenser will be adequate for most applications and following most state efficiency requirements. If you are coming from our site’s sizing calculator, please note that it is a good idea to upsize any calculation by a ton to compensate for limited insulation and other factors that cause a mobile home to differ from traditional home sizing. Please note that this condenser requires a compatible sweat-fit coil and an accompanying blower to function.
