**Review is for item purchased, not against HVAC Direct** I was initially very happy with my installation of 3-ton AC/heat pump with 80k BTU gas furnace, but the condenser unit did not even last 1 year before failure from poor build quality. The capillary tube on the expansion valve was basically kinked during assembly, and it fatigued and broke off during operation, with of course loss of all refrigerant. Extremely disappointing. I now question the service life of this equipment.
