Lifetime technical support is included with your equipment purchase, and many common issues can be resolved with a simple phone call. As an authorized equipment dealer, all products carry the full manufacturer's warranty covering all replacement parts. Products must be registered online to extend the warranty coverage to the full 10-year term; otherwise, the standard warranty term is 5 years. If a part fails while under warranty, there is no cost for the replacement part. Should a part fail during the warranty period, first have a licensed HVAC professional diagnose and confirm which part requires replacement.
