Model PRN direct drive fans are centrifugal power roof ventilators designed for exhausting clean air. This limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser and guarantees that products supplied by US Fan will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment, provided that the equipment has been properly handled, stored, installed, serviced, maintained, and operated in accordance with the company’s guidelines.
This warranty does not cover products that have been altered, repaired, or modified without US Fan's written approval, or those improperly installed, misused, neglected, damaged, or used with incompatible equipment. The purchaser assumes all risks from improper use. This warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and serves as the sole and exclusive remedy for defective products.
