A Goodman combination system is a great choice to keep your home comfortable all season long. With tons of extra features and a great price, a Goodman furnace and air conditioning system is the perfect choice for all of your heating and cooling needs.
The Goodman GSXN3N1810 is a cooling-only condenser unit. Providing a 13.4 SEER2 efficiency with a single stage, reciprocating compressor, the GSXN3N1810 is an inexpensive condenser to cool your home when paired with an AC coil.
The GSXN3N1810 condenser is a 1.5 ton AC only unit. In an ideal climate situation, the GSXN3N1810 can usually cover a medium-sized house. For this unit to function, an indoor air handler or coil is required, and this unit is cooling only with no heating capacity on its own.
The Goodman GSXN3N1810 AC condenser is designed to be 13.4 SEER2. This is the lowest efficiency on the market today, making it an inexpensive option for northern states. Please note that this product is regulated by DOE Efficiency Standards.
Due to new efficiency requirements, this unit cannot be installed in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
The GSXN3N1810 condenser comes with Goodman's standard 10 year parts warranty with online registration through the manufacturer. An installation that follows your state and local codes is required for the warranty to be upheld.
With an enhanced copper tube and aluminum fin coil, the GSXN3N1810 is designed to prevent coil degradation. With the baked-on powder-paint finish, the condenser's heavy-gauge galvanized-steel cabinet is approved for up to 500 hours of salt-spray. The factory-installed filter dryer lowers general wear-and-tear on the unit. All of these features provide you with a durable, reliable condenser to be used whenever you need to cool your home.
The Goodman GSXN3N1810 AC condenser comes standard with service valves that have sweat connections and easy-access gauge ports, both providing a lower installation difficulty and time to lower installation costs. The outer casing has both a top and a side access to allow for easier maintenance and warranty access when necessary.
The Goodman brand always has its customer's comfort in mind. The GSXN3N1810 is no exception, with not only using high-quality components but also providing enhanced sound-dampening features that allows the brand to manufacture some of the lowest sound output levels in the industry.
The Goodman CHPTA2426B4 evaporator coil is ready for any horizontal installation that you need it for. With a built-in TXV kit for efficiency, the CHPTA2426B4 lives up to Goodman's expectations to provide an enhanced comfort with a superior efficiency, all while staying within your budget. If you want the best possible coil for your home, this is it.
At an output of 2 tons, the Goodman CHPTA2426B4 evaporator coil is ready for almost any horizontal application that matches that output need. In entire system configurations, the coil will be either larger or the same size as the condenser's tonnage. As such, the tonnages of the coil and the condenser may be different in order to maintain the unit's efficiency. Please note that for this coil to function, a furnace or blower and a condenser is required, all sold separately. This coil is not designed to replace a coil in a single-piece air handler.
The CHPTA2426B4 coil is covered under Goodman's standard 10 year parts warranty when the unit is installed following your state and local codes, the coil is paired with a compatible R410A condenser, and the entire system is registered online through the manufacturer.
The Goodman CHPTA2426B4 horizontal evaporator coil is designed with aluminum tubing and fin coils, lowering wear and tear on the unit. The coil also comes with a TXV kit factory-installed, making it one less thing for your installer to have to install, lowering installation costs. For easier maintenance access, the front of the coil's durable cabinet has a split-seam.
The Goodman CHPTA2426B4 horizontal evaporator coil's built-in TXV kit provides a significant increase in refrigerant control, increasing the overall efficiency of the entire system and providing a more precise temperature output to make you more comfortable in your home. On top of that, the coil has a mold-resistant, thermoplastic drain pan set that lowers potentially dangerous particle buildup. All of these features allow the CHPTA2426B4 to live up to the Goodman quality name.
With a variable speed blower motor and modulating gas valves, the GMVM970603BN is from the best furnace series that Goodman has to offer. At 97% efficient, this furnace has the highest possible efficiency available in today’s technology and offered by Goodman. If you want the best of the best for your home, the GMVM970603BN is the furnace for you.
With an input of 60,000 BTU’s and an efficiency of 97%, the GMVM970603BN has an output of 58,200 BTU’s. This is calculated by taking 60,000 BTU’s times the efficiency of 97%. As such, the GMVM970603BN Goodman gas furnace is designed to be able to cover up to a medium-sized house in ideal climate conditions.
With one of the highest efficiencies possible with today’s technology, Goodman saves you a lot of money in utility bills for the lifetime of the unit. The GMVM970603BN gas furnace is 97% efficient, meaning that a whopping 97% of the gas going into the furnace is used to heat your home, and only 3% of the fuel going into the furnace is lost out of the exhaust. Thanks to its efficiency, the GMVM970603BN is a condensing furnace, meaning that it requires plastic or PVC pipe flue venting.
Goodman manufactured the GMVM970603BN gas furnace to utilize the best burner and blower technologies available. With a modulating gas valve and a variable speed blower motor, the GMVM970603BN gas furnace provides the most stable indoor temperatures and the lowest running times possible. The enhanced comfort and small efficiency increase provided by these features make this furnace a part of Goodman’s top of the line series.
The Goodman brand allows you to protect your investment with a 10 year parts and hassle free replacement warranty. To provide a longer peace-of-mind, Goodman now offers a phenomenal lifetime heat exchanger warranty. Please note that all Goodman warranties require installation that follows your state and local codes, and the unit must be registered online post-installation on the manufacturer’s website.
Not stopping at an enhanced functionality, Goodman designed the GMVM970603BN with a thermally insulated, heavy-gauge cabinet, providing enhanced protection and lowers air leakage to less than 2% to maximize heat transfer and efficiency, as well as to lower the sound output from normal operation. Made of silicon nitride, the ignitor on the GMVM970603BN is more durable and efficient than a pilot light. The heat exchanger on this furnace is made of aluminized steel, resulting in a product that balances reliability, durability, and efficiency in one durable cabinet.
Out of the factory, the GMVM970603BN has a built-in natural gas orifice set. However, an LP conversion kit (found here)can be purchased as an accessory and field-installed if propane is required for your installation.
For a furnace of such prestige, the installation and maintenance may seem daunting, however Goodman has made everything easy for you and your contractor, from the beginning and throughout the unit’s life. To allow for installation in more situations, the GMVM970603BN gas furnace can be installed in the upflow or horizontal orientations. The modulating gas valve is self-calibrating, allowing it to automatically configure for each installation. For ease of maintenance, there is an integrated self-diagnostic control board that continuously monitors the system for any possible issues in operation, reliability, and even efficiency, and if there are any issues, there is an easy-to-read display for you and your contractor to quickly identify the problem and solve it faster. Moreover, the GMVM970603BN is ComfortNet communicating system compatible, providing more advanced diagnostics, automated maintenance alerts, and enhancing furnace performance when implemented. All of these features allow you to keep more money in your pocket and provides a peace of mind throughout the life of your unit, all while still providing the best comfort that Goodman has to offer with this top of the line furnace.
Inverter Condenser - Inverter technology changes AC power to DC, allowing the compressor inside your condenser to speed up and slow down. This allows the system to self-adjust BTU output based on demand. As the weather changes, so will your system output.
Learning System - This system is packed with sensors and controls air temperature inside and outside, system performance, duct pressure, refrigerant temperature. The first time you start your system it enters a learning mode keeping air moving across the sensors and storing information so future startups and run cycles will be at max efficiency.
Size for cooling - The self-adjusting inverter design allows you to size your system based on demand. The ACiQ Inverter Condensers automatically adjusts to run like a 1 ton to keep you cool and dry.
With an efficiency rating of 16 SEER, the variable output ACIQ-18-AC-UPG will keep you comfortable across a wide range of conditions. Use our handy size calculator Here to determine the demand for your home. For cooling, this system can operate anywhere from 12,000 BTU to 24,000 BTU without short cycling.
