The Goodman CAPFA1818A3 evaporator coil is able to be installed in upflow and downflow applications. With its rust-resistant, thermoplastic drain plan, water retention rate is significantly lower than previous models. For even more enhanced durability, the cabinet is made of a strong galvanized-steel with a leather-grain finish. If you ever need to perform maintenance on your coil, there is a split-seam on the front of the casing for easy internal access. This means that 80% of the gas going into the furnace is used to heat your home and the remaining 20% is lost out of the flue venting. Single Stage Furnace
The GR9S800403AN Goodman gas furnace is a single stage furnace has only one heat output. Regardless of the indoor temperature, this furnace will burn at 100% output whenever the thermostat calls for it. A single stage furnace is the standard efficient furnace since every time your furnace turns on the furnace uses the same amount of energy.
Natural Gas or LP Furnace

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Good price for a 80% efficiency furnace today. This is for house build in 1938 and renovation in 2018 with a deck floor addition. The livable square footage of this house is 2,100 square feet in Northern New Jersey. Keeps the place comfortable and reasonably quiet. I highly recommend Goodman and HVACDIRECT.com.

Ordered furnace, ac coil, and condenser to match. Upon arrival all three items we're damaged, I refused shipment and took pictures. I contacted HVAC direct immediately and informed them of the situation. They sent out new equipment without any delay and the new shipment arrived quicker than the first. Second time around all HVAC equipment is in great condition. I have not finished installing yet, but I am impressed with the speed in which HVAC direct solved my shipping damage. I will be ordering more in the future because of their willingness to make a bad situation good!
