The Goodman GCVC960403BN furnace is a high-efficient gas furnace that features a two-stage gas valve and a variable-speed circulating blower that provides efficient and economical performance. With a corrosion-resistant, painted steel cabinet, these heaters can be installed in a utility room, closet, alcove, basement or attic and are designed for downflow or horizontal applications. Not intended for use in mobile homes.

R-410A is chlorine-free to help prevent damage to the ozone layer. The GSX160301 features a high-efficiency Copeland scroll compressor and is designed for the consumer who desires superior comfort, quiet operation, and environmentally friendly air conditioning performance.
In order to achieve the 16 SEER efficiency this central air conditioner must be installed with the manufacturer recommended evaporator coil, furnace, variable speed air handler, or variable speed modular blower and thermostatic expansion valve (TXV).
