The Style Crest-Revolv AccuCharge line sets are designed to be used with the family of Revolv AccuCharge units. This line set is pre-charged with the correct amount of refrigerant as well as having FitRight fittings to simply installation. This line set is not designed to be used with other brands and cannot be cut to length.

- Leaking freon after year 3I purchased and self installed a complete gas furnace and AC package in 2020. The system installed very easy and worked great for 3 years. With Spring 2023 here, I turned it on and got warm air. Not having the tools to diagnose this, I called out the pros. They found the unit was 4 pounds low on freon and topped it off, then took this meter to the evaporator, txv valve, compressor and outside coils. I was watching them do this and as they put the sensor near the evaporator, TXV valve and outside compressor, it detected numerous leaks.
While the unit is technically within the 5 year warranty, I voided it by self installing without a pre-flight inspection from a professional. The pros are now scheduled to install a different brand unit next week.
Buyer Beware, several totally different parts leaking after 3 years, so I question the quality control. Do yourself a favor, if you do purchase and plan to self install, pay a pro for a preflight inspection and sign-off to protect your investment.Posted on
