An ACiQ combination system is a great choice to keep your home warm all season long. With tons of extra features and a great price, an ACiQ furnace and air conditioning system is the perfect choice for all of your heating and cooling needs. All ACiQ models come with a 10 year parts warranty.
Designed to be a high-efficiency furnace, the ACiQ N96MSN0601716A is a money saving unit to provide heating throughout even the coldest months of the year. With its multi-positional design, this unit is a good all-around choice for nearly any application.
Furnace Features
The ACiQ N96MSN0601716A has an input of 60,000 BTU. With an efficiency of 96%, this means that the furnace has an output of 57,600 BTU. The 96% AFUE also means that for the gas going into the furnace, 96% of it is used to heat your home while only 4% is lost out of the flue piping and lost to normal furnace operations. All furnaces at this efficiency (90% and above) requires plastic/PVC flue venting, and if metal flue venting is required for your installation, an 80% efficient furnace would be needed instead. While this unit uses natural gas as fuel out of the box, we also have an LP conversion kit, available at an additional cost.
Please note that this furnace is not Ultra Low NOx compliant and if shipped to California may be subject to a mitigation fee.
Warranty
ACiQ offers 10 year parts warranty and lifetime (20 year) heat exchanger limited warranty. Please note that in order for these warranties to be upheld, installation following your state and local codes are required, along with timely registration through the manufacturer.
Installation and Durability
With its ability to be installed in any configuration upflow, downflow, or horizontal the ACiQ N96MSN0601716A is very versatile in application potential. The unit has a durable outer casing that can withstand wear-and-tear through its entire lifetime, providing the peace of mind that your home will stay comfortable year-round. Please note that this furnace is not intended for use in a mobile home on its own.
Inverter Condenser - Inverter technology changes AC power to DC, allowing the compressor inside your condenser to speed up and slow down. This allows the system to self-adjust BTU output based on demand. As the weather changes, so will your system output.
Learning System - This system is packed with sensors and controls air temperature inside and outside, system performance, duct pressure, refrigerant temperature. The first time you start your system it enters a learning mode keeping air moving across the sensors and storing information so future startups and run cycles will be at max efficiency.
Size for cooling - The self-adjusting inverter design allows you to size your system based on demand. The ACiQ Inverter Condensers automatically adjusts to run like a 1 ton to keep you cool and dry.
With an efficiency rating of 20 SEER, the variable output ACiQ-24-AC-UPG will keep you comfortable across a wide range of conditions. Use our handy size calculator Here to determine the demand for your home. For cooling, this system can operate anywhere from 12,000 BTU to 24,000 BTU without short cycling.
Across multiple installations, buyers report reliable heating and cooling performance with quieter operation and lower utility bills compared to older units, including one case of 20% lower electricity costs, another cutting an electric bill in half, and a furnace that has run dependably for about 5 years while heating a 1,700 sq ft home in Illinois. Many note straightforward DIY installs completed over a weekend and fast shipping in as little as 3–4 days, though some encountered damaged coils or bent fins on arrival, minor part issues like a stripped fan screw or leaking flexible gas line, and occasional shipping or tracking delays that required follow-up.
