- Excellent ExperienceJumping into the DIY pool with HVAC was not a simple decision; HVAC Direct proved to be the right people to go to. Availability and pricing were the best, and their tech support is hard to beat. This unit in particular is a small beast; reaction to settings is immediate and the benefit of variable speeds is notorious in the Amp draw, in some lower modes it is almost laughable. These units are a best buy and definitely backed by modern technologies and optimal customer service.

- good productThe product was very good but the shipping container was beat the hill but the main Box was OK Nothing was broke everything was there installed very easy I really appreciate your guys's help We had -2ﾟF and it never bobbled to keep running kept the house good Seems to be a good product haven't seen the 1st power bill yet though hopefully 21 sear means it'll be easy on our thank you for your time
