With an output of 24,000 BTU, the Mitsubishi SVZ-KP24NA / SUZ-KA24NA2 is suitable up to an average room in an average climate. The unit also has a 18 SEER rating, making it able to efficiently heat and cool your home with ease.
Warranty
Mitsubishi provides a 5 year parts and 7 year compressor warranty from the factory. When the unit is installed following your state and local codes and is registered online through the manufacturer, the warranty is upgraded to a 10 year parts and compressor warranty.
Important Notice: R-410A Direct Replacement Only
Effective January 1, 2026, R-410A systems are restricted to direct replacement use only under applicable regulations. New installations are not permitted.
