    I had paid for delivery to my address in Palestine, TX, but this was not the case. The driver in charge of the delivery was driving an 18 wheeler so he could not come to my address and we had to organize with him on a pick up point. I had to hire an additional transport to collect and bring to my home.
    This part of the serice was poor, but the quipment itself is working fine.

    I got an 18k BTU Mitsubishi. It cools very well. I have it in a 1,700 sq ft, two-story home; it is downstairs in the living room. It cools the entire downstairs very well; it also cools the upstairs, but by about 15 more than the downstairs. We had a 106-degree heat wave for 3 days, and the upstairs stayed about 88, and the downstairs was at 73. So I was definitely maxing it out. I will say the head unit on the wall is quite bulky and does not look as good as I expected. I don't really know if that is because I got a large 18k unit or if a 12k would have also been as bulky. There are other head unit options, but they do cost more. So I guess it is hard to have your cake and eat it too.
