3.5 Tons
The ACIQ R5A4S42AKANA air conditioner condenser has an output of 3.5 tons, generally enough to cool a medium-sized house in ideal climates. In many system configurations, the tonnage of the unit's paired coil or air handler will be larger in tonnage than this condenser, which maintains the efficiency of the unit. Please note that this condenser cannot function or provide any sort of heating on its own, and it needs an indoor coil or air handler to work. If you have any questions, please contact us.

The ACIQ R5A4S42AKANA air conditioner condenser is rated at 13.4 SEER2, making it between 5-7% more efficient than standard 13 SEER1 units, saving you money in electric bills over the entire lifetime of your unit.

Warranty
ACIQ offers a 10 year parts warranty on this condenser. For these warranties to be upheld, the unit must be installed following your state and local codes, a new and certified coil must be installed at the same time, and the entire system must be registered online through the manufacturer.
Durability
The cabinet of ACIQ units are extremely durable. On the R5A4S42AKANA, there are reinforced corner posts and the internals of the unit are protected by an additional inlet grille, all to provide enhanced protection to the unit.
All ACIQ condensers come pre-charged with enough refrigerant for a 15-foot line set, making installation faster and more convenient. This pre-charged design saves installers time and reduces labor costs by eliminating the need for manual refrigerant charging. The ACiQ N96MSN0802120A has an input of 80,000 BTU. With an efficiency of 96%, this means that the furnace has an output of 76,800 BTU. The 96% AFUE also means that for the gas going into the furnace, 96% of it is used to heat your home while only 4% is lost out of the flue piping and lost to normal furnace operations. All furnaces at this efficiency (90% and above) requires plastic/PVC flue venting, and if metal flue venting is required for your installation, an 80% efficient furnace would be needed instead. While this unit uses natural gas as fuel out of the box, we also have an LP conversion kit, available at an additional cost. Please note that this furnace is not Ultra Low NOx compliant and if shipped to California may be subject to a mitigation fee.

Been great so far, fairly simple install. Really happy with it so far. Only issues I had was that it came with the bear air filter housing and they didn't tell me that when I was chatting with them about my order. I ordered the housing separately and ended up with two. Also the flexible gas line I ordered in the install kit leaked badly, you could see a ridge down the flare. Not a big deal though all in all it was good. Got it in about a week, and installed it over the weekend. Efficiency seems great, got this unit to replace my 30 year old broken down furnace.

I got the ACiQ natural gas upflow forced air 80,000 BTU model to replace a failed 20 year old Carrier in my home. I ordered Thursday late afternoon and got it on Monday morning in NJ. I paid for liftgate delivery; the driver brought the unit to my front door. The packaging was fantastic; there were no dents, scratches and damage. Accessories needed to install were all there inside the unit by the blower. The unit is much quieter and simpler design than the one it replaced. It should be easier to maintain. It has been working flawlessly for over a week now. Very happy with my purchase!
