OVERVIEW
Inverter Condenser - Inverter technology changes AC power to DC, allowing the compressor inside your condenser to speed up and slow down. This allows the system to self-adjust BTU output based on demand. As the weather changes, so will your system output.
Learning System - This system is packed with sensors and controls air temperature inside and outside, system performance, duct pressure, refrigerant temperature. The first time you start your system it enters a learning mode keeping air moving across the sensors and storing information so future startups and run cycles will be at max efficiency.

- Goodman 80% 120,000 BTU Two Stage Gas Furnace - 24.5" Width - Upflow / HorizontalArrived quickly and well packaged. Good price for a 80% efficiency furnace today. This is for house build in 1938 and renovation in 2018 with a deck floor addition. The livable square footage of this house is 2,100 square feet in Northern New Jersey. Keeps the place comfortable and reasonably quiet. I highly recommend Goodman and HVACDIRECT.com.

- HVAC equipmentOrdered furnace, ac coil, and condenser to match. Upon arrival all three items we're damaged, I refused shipment and took pictures. I contacted HVAC direct immediately and informed them of the situation. They sent out new equipment without any delay and the new shipment arrived quicker than the first. Second time around all HVAC equipment is in great condition. I have not finished installing yet, but I am impressed with the speed in which HVAC direct solved my shipping damage. I will be ordering more in the future because of their willingness to make a bad situation good!
