80,000 BTU, 97% AFUE
The ACiQ G97CMN0802120 has an input of 80,000 BTU. With an efficiency of 97%, this means that the furnace has an output of 78,400 BTU, meaning that it is generally suitable for average-sized houses in ideal climates. The 97% AFUE also means that for the gas going into the furnace, 97% of it is used to heat your home while the remaining 3% is lost out the flue piping and lost to normal furnace operations. All 90% and above furnaces require plastic/PVC flue venting, and if you need it to be metal flue venting to match your current setup, you would need to get an 80% efficient furnace. While this unit uses natural gas as fuel out of the box, we also have an LP conversion kit, available at an additional cost.

ACiQ offers standard 10 year parts warranty and lifetime (20 year) heat exchanger limited warranty. Please note that in order for these warranties to be upheld, installation following your state and local codes are required, along with timely registration through the manufacturer.

- Direct replacement for Carrier BrandsThis coil will directly replace any of the Carrier branded (Bryant, Payne, Day and Night, etc.) N-coils. I removed it from the casing and installed it in an existing coil cabinet. Without any modifications. No sheet metal mods were necessary. Works perfectly after 2 seasons. A lot of the original N-coils using 410 from Carrier failed early on. This product will save you from replacing your system.

- Excellent MachineSuper quiet and minimal vibration during operation. Looks attractive as well. Pretty easy install if you have the right tools (same as any other A/C unit). Keep in mind this is an ICP product. Translation: It's same class as Carrier and Bryant; they're all brands under the same company, with AirQuest being one of their consumer direct facing labels.

- Nice modular "W-shaped" unit.I've been running this evaporator coil in air-conditioning mode for a month now. It performs beautifully both as an air conditioning condenser and a heat pump heat exchanger. It fit perfectly atop my AirQuest furnace with no modifications necessary. Rather than an "A" shaped coil, this is a "W" shaped coil which gives more heat transfer capacity for 4 ton and larger air conditioning units. Along with my AirQuest air conditioner & heat-pump, and the ION System Control thermostat, this combination is good at keeping the house comfortable. Although AirQuest is an unknown brand name to me, I believe it to be a Carrier brand name product, renamed. I installed this evaporator coil and an air conditioner & furnace myself with 4 hours of help at the end from an HVAC professional. There were experts, (Chris Whitmore) at HVACdirect.com available to help me through the uncertainties and this was very valuable. I've only tested the heat-pump side of this unit so far but look forward to using the heat pump this upcoming Minnesota winter. Doing the labor myself & buying from HVACdirect.com saved me ~40% on the system & installation cost.
