When running the air conditioner on this unit, the unit's electrical efficiency is rated at 13.4 SEER2, the standard efficiency on the market today. On the heating side of the unit, the gas efficiency is rated at 81% AFUE, which means that 81% of the fuel going into the furnace is used to heat your home, and the remaining 19% is used up and lost out of the flue venting during normal operations. This gas efficiency rating also turns the 115,000 BTU input into a 94,000 BTU output.

- Satisfied customerI bought and installed this unit to replace a 20+ year old Bryant 60k BTU UNIT that was undersized. From the first call to HVAC Direct to ask pertinent questions through delivery to the bed of my pickup every thing was as expected with no surprises. Installation was smooth and when powered up the unit worked perfectly. We haven’t tried the AC yet because of the weather but everything else seems great and I purchased the extended warranty in case there’s a problem when we try the AC.
