With a system input of 60,000 BTU, The Style Crest-Revolv MG2R-B060F1ACM1 furnace can generally heat small to medium mobile homes in ideal applications. With a high efficiency rating of 95% AFUE, this input equates to an output of 57,000 BTU, and 95% of the fuel going into the unit is contributed to heating your home and only 5% of the fuel is lost out of the flue venting and is used up in normal furnace operations. If you are coming from our site’s sizing calculator, please note that it is a good idea to upsize any calculation to compensate for limited insulation and other factors that cause a mobile home to differ from traditional home sizing. If you have any questions, please contact us. Please note that this furnace is intended to only be used in mobile and manufactured homes and requires a straight flue pipe without any elbows.
Warranty
Revolv gas furnaces come with 2 year parts, and 10 year heat exchanger warranty when registered online through the manufacturer and with an installation that follows your state and local codes.

Hello, the product came securely packaged and the delivery company was excellent on how the unloaded the item on to a pickup truck for me.
No complaints at this time, it has been installed however, the air conditioner, the item I ordered, will not be in real use until next year when it warms up once again.
Thanks for the ease of ordering and the one thing I found difficult was tracking the item as your site does not have the capability to do so therefore I had to call support to find out 'where' and 'when' that item would be at my home so I could leave work to be there in time to unload it as I had no way to get it off the ground into a truck and take to another location.
