With a system input of 60,000 BTU, The Style Crest-Revolv MG2R-B060F1ACM1 furnace can generally heat small to medium mobile homes in ideal applications. With a high efficiency rating of 95% AFUE, this input equates to an output of 57,000 BTU, and 95% of the fuel going into the unit is contributed to heating your home and only 5% of the fuel is lost out of the flue venting and is used up in normal furnace operations. If you are coming from our site’s sizing calculator, please note that it is a good idea to upsize any calculation to compensate for limited insulation and other factors that cause a mobile home to differ from traditional home sizing. Warranty
Revolv gas furnaces come with 2 year parts, and 10 year heat exchanger warranty when registered online through the manufacturer and with an installation that follows your state and local codes.

My new AC keeps the house to within 1 degree F of the thermostat setting, and my electricity bill is down 20%. Even on the hottest days (we had over 30 near 100F this summer, this unit is so efficient that it goes off for about 7 minutes after running for 15 or 17. we are very pleased!

I had this unit installed a few months ago and with every filter cleaning I struggle with the very poorly designed exterior upper metal panel to reinstall. The lower panel should stay in place, but it doesn't usually when replacing the upper panel after filter cleaning. I am using one sheet metal screw to secure the lower panel so it interlocks with the upper. A simple solution which for decades this furnace has been lacking. It works beautifully other than the exterior panel issue.
