I couldn't be happier with the product and how quickly it was delivered

The US HVAC industry has been put on notice. As a contractor I've installed 9 of these systems some with back-up heat most without. All customers are extremely happy with its performance. As a contractor I decided to do my own home replacing my boiler and propane gas furnace with these systems. I no longer have oil or propane bills and these systems practically paid for them selves in the first year.
Yes I'm one of those with back-up heat and I couldn't be happier with their performance. The only thing you have to lose is money by not taking advantage of these new, incredible systems.

It took the shipper an additional week to get it to me,

but looks to be in good shape with no damage.

I need to get into boxes, assuming the digital

thermostat is in with the air handler or compressor.

I have been working with Jim Schmitt to help me get the final settings on my Heat Pump. He's great and patient and very knowledgeable and encouraging. I have some non-professional experience and he makes me feel confident and is willing to help me make sure I understand what is going on. You made a great choice hiring him. Unfortunately, at this time, I only have a need for one air conditioner. I am seriously thinking about becoming a tech though.

I don’t have much to say probably because of the smooth transaction. My product was exactly and honestly described and arrived in a week. I will not be installing it until May but I expect no problems.

I Cant speak to the quality of the unit yet until received but I called and talked To Davis in sales who was amazing in helping size and recommend a system and everything needed and helped fulfill my order expediently.
After doing some research on what he recommended I feel like he hit it spot on for me in a quality product with high efficiency ratings and at a very good price for what i'm getting.

Haven’t gotten to the installation yet, however, the ordering, shipping, and receiving was all very expeditious and easy. Products look good, no damage visible.

Replaced an older unit. This thing is so quiet and has drastically dropped my electric bills.
