Love the heat pump working down when it is so cold. Has saved me a lot!

Swapped out an old system. Ran into an issue at first but contacted HVAC Direct and they were able to help me with a dip switch setting that was set wrong by my installer. Once that was changed the unit started working perfectly. Looking forward to the higher efficiency and the better heating during winter.
