Unlike most mini split brands, professional installation is not required to maintain warranty coverage, allowing homeowners to install eligible DIY systems themselves. Certain models also qualify for a limited lifetime compressor warranty when registered within 60 days and enrolled in the MRCOOL Care Program within four months of installation. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
