3 Ton, 18 SEER
With an output of 3 tons, the Gree Flexx FLEXX36HP230V1AO / FLEXX36HP230V1BH is suitable to cover an average-sized house in ideal conditions. At 18 SEER, this Gree Flexx unit is much more efficient than a standard split central system. Please note that in order to function, Gree Flexx units require a line set, thermostat, and other accessories to install and operate, which are available at an additional cost.
Warranty
Gree offers a 5 year parts and compressor warranty for installations that follow the installation location's state and local codes and is registered online through the manufacturer.
From pre-existing all-electric central setups to new constructions, the Gree Flexx FLEXX36HP230V1AO / FLEXX36HP230V1BH can be installed in almost any type of installation. The unit can either be controlled by Gree-specific wired controllers or any 24V thermostat that you already have or would prefer to use. This would allow you to connect it to any top of the line smart thermostat all the way down to an older basic thermostat, as long as it has two heating connections it will work for this system.

- Excellent choice to replace gas or electric heat strip furnaceI installed this unit personally in October 2024. I averaged 400 gallons of propane each winter to heat a 2000+ sq ft home with 20' ceilings. I am just west of Atlanta. Winters are not usually bad. We have had 10+ days of sub 25 degrees. The unit produces 105+ temps out of my registers even with outside temps in the teenz. Hotter than my old furnace. I did not install the heat strip kit. No need for it. My power bill has been about $125 more than previous years but with no gas usage. Overall easy to install and setup. Wished I would have purchased 2023.

- Contractor that fell in love Gree.Installing these unitaries for customers and watching the performance,
I installed two Grees in my own home. I ripped out a 96% propane 2 stage furnace that backed a 12 SEER hp.
The Gree is so far the most comfortable system I've had. This system takes 1 1/2 amps to start!!!! Once it starts, it never stop and prevent inductive starting amp. Watch out Carrier, Trane, Lennox and Goodman.
